Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

At SupaGames, we sell digital gift cards and codes only.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are treated differently from physical goods.


No Returns

  • Digital gift cards cannot be returned once delivered
  • We do not accept returns for any digital products

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The code has been viewed or revealed
  • The code has been redeemed or used
  • You purchased the wrong gift card or region
  • You entered an incorrect email address

Eligible Refund Cases

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The code has not been viewed
  • The code is proven invalid or faulty
  • There was a duplicate payment
  • Your order was not delivered

Replacement Policy

If your code is not working:

  • Contact support immediately
  • We will verify the issue
  • A replacement code will be provided if valid

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 24–72 hours
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Mobile Money or card)

Payment Issues (Ghana)

Mobile Money Deducted but No Code Received

If your MoMo account is charged but you don’t receive your code:

  • Wait a few minutes (network delays can occur)
  • Contact support with your transaction ID

We will resolve the issue quickly.


Important Notice

  • Always confirm the correct platform and region before purchase
  • All gift cards are non-reversible once delivered
  • SupaGames Ghana is not responsible for user mistakes during purchase

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline refund requests suspected of fraud
  • Request identity verification before processing refunds
