SupaGames sells digital gift cards and codes only.

  • No physical products will be shipped
  • All purchases are delivered electronically via email and user dashboard

Eligibility

Orders & Payments

We accept payments through:

  • Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfers

Payment Policy

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received
  • All prices are displayed in USD or GHS (where applicable)
  • Exchange rates may apply for Ghanaian payments

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is instant (1–5 minutes) after payment confirmation
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes
  • Codes are sent via email and account dashboard

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once the code is delivered
  • Refunds may only be considered if:
    • The code has not been viewed or redeemed
    • There is a verified technical issue from our end

Product Usage

  • Customers are responsible for using gift cards on the correct platform and region
  • SupaGames is not responsible for:
    • Incorrect purchases
    • Region mismatch issues
    • Redeemed codes

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

SupaGames is not liable for unauthorized access caused by:

  • Weak passwords
  • Sharing login details

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers:

  • We may request identity verification for certain transactions
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be delayed or cancelled

SupaGames shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by payment providers
